Villa Dorado, perfectly situated in Villas Del Palmar, one of the most exclusive beachfront complexes in Sayulita, is fully gated & secured by 24hr onsite security.
A typical day unfolds like this. Walk out the front door of Villa Dorado with your morning java fix and enjoy a quiet walk along the beach. Or, go for an exhilarating beach run. Relax by the expansive beachfront pool in the afternoon, or explore the north side jungle trails on the way to the isolated, yet accessible, Playa Las Cuevas (Beach of the caves), and Playa Malpasos. In the evening, enjoy a sunset stroll to Las Sirenas beach bar located a short walk north along the beach who, coincidentally, serve up *the best* margarita in Sayulita. After sunset, 5 of Sayulita’s finest restaurants are located immediately outside the gates.
The Plaza and Sayulita’s el centro, loaded with authenticity and the true pulse of this Pueblo Magico, is only a 5 minute walk away where you are treated to some of the best dining and shopping in all of Riviera Nayarit. Everything Sayulita has to offer, all within walking distance, this location simply can’t be beat.
Villa Dorado was fully remodeled by one of Sayulita’s most respected architects. Once the renovation was complete, a professional interior designer brought the Villa to life by adding warmth and contemporary Mexican finishes.
Sensitive to the environment and the growing burden being placed on Sayulita’s infrastructure, a complex, 18-panel solar array was installed to net zero Villa Dorado’s energy consumption.
Villa Dorado consists of 3 separate suites – DORADO A, DORADO B & DORADO PH. These suites can be rented individually or together to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. If you require more space, immediately next door, VILLA ROBALO, also consisting of 3 separate suites, can be rented as well to accommodate 20 people.
Villa Dorado also features open-air living, with the lounging, dining and kitchen spaces open to the natural environment making for a truly unique holiday experience. The sleeping and bathroom spaces are fully secured and climate controlled for your ultimate privacy and comfort. In addition, each suite comes complete with beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Each suite also features its own WiFi.

Experience Villa Dorado Sayulita
DORADO A, ground level, accommodates 4 people and has been designed with families in mind. The fully secured sleeping quarters consist of 1 very large bedroom complete with a Queen Bed + bunk beds (double bunk bottom + single top). In addition, you have a fully equipped, ensuite bathroom. The sleeping area is fully climate controlled. In front of this, you have a fully equipped kitchen, with sit-up bar for 4 people, a very relaxing lounge space and spacious dining area. The ground level access is perfect for families with younger ones who may have strollers and want simpler access to the pool and beach.
DORADO B, situated on the second level, accommodates 4 people and has been designed for couples. While families could easily enjoy this space as well, it features 2 seperate bedrooms (each with queen beds) and private ensuite bathrooms. Each space locks off individually and is independently climate controlled. The shared, open-air living space features two, most relaxing lounge areas for reading and taking advantage of the traditional daily siesta. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has 4 bar stools to enjoy social gatherings around the expansive kitchen island. All this around your dedicated dining area rounds out a new, contemporary suite that will help make your holiday a most memorable one.
DORADO PH is the signature suite of Villa Dorado. Accommodating 2 people, the Penthouse has been designed for high end couples, and potentially longer stays, in mind. Sitting high atop Villa Dorado, this is a massive, 2-level suite featuring a gorgeous lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, complete with sit-up bar against quartz countertops, a dishwasher and all the conveniences and comforts of home.
The top level features your own private rooftop terrace, perched high in the palm trees and with surreal ocean views. The sound of the ocean along with the birds and overall tranquility really make this a special space to relax and soak up the Sayulita experience. The secured, climate controlled master king suite feature a King Size bed adjacent to a large sliding glass door for that peaceful, soothing open-air feel yet totally private. This space also features an ensuite bathroom and separate lounging are for catching up on email and maybe the odd Netflix program.
If you are holidaying with another couple, a truly unique feature of the Dorado PH is its ability to rent it in tandem with Robalo PH. There is a shared door, locked off from each side, that can be opened allowing guests to socialize and flow through to each suite when rented together. Both suites offer the highest in luxury each with their own private roof-top terraces.
