Casa Tocayo is a wonderful, newly-renovated beachfront vacation condo in Sayulita, Mexico. With amazing views of the Sayulita Bay, the surf breaks with perfect waves just outside your door.
The shared complex swimming pool is right in front of the house and has a “children’s” section for your kids, surrounded by lawns and lounge chairs.
Casa Tocayo is the perfect location. It is 3 minutes to walk to town (but without the noise of downtown), restaurants and internet steps away, market around the corner, directly in front of the left surf break, and just about as close as you can be to the ocean. You do not need a car once you are here but a golf cart would help you running around town.
Take advantage of two large covered patios and a living area offering the perfect margarita or coffee sipping views. Plus, there’s an open sky terrace on the third floor with amazing ocean views! A place for morning yoga, coffee, cocktails and sun bathing.
Casa Tocayo comes with air conditioning in all bedrooms, two well equipped kitchens and barbeque. The house is in a complex of Mexican vacation homes which share the pool and common beach front court yard. Only minutes walking by the beach to downtown Sayulita. This is a great location for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy Sayulita.
Comprised of 2 separate apartments, Casa Tocayo is available for parties large and small: Rent the entire house (4 bedrooms and 4 baths with 2 full kitchens), choose the 3 bedroom and 3 bath apartment , or enjoy the 1 bedroom apartment with a king bed and 2 bunks.
Combined with next door Casa Palmar, both of these villas make a great group vacation rental on the beachfront of Sayulita Mexico.

LOWER LEVEL
Two air conditioned bedrooms with, one queen bed and one kingsize (or can be arranged in two twins) each room has a small private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet
Luxury open air kitchen with granite countertops and locally sources parota wood cabinets, and full size stove and refrigerator, dining table, sitting area and bar.
ROOFTOP SUITE
The brand new rooftop suite is covered by a Chiche local tropical hardwood pergola and roof structure, showing off amazing natural beauty that radiates to the ocean view from the bedrooms large window and sliding glass door that opens to the covered patio with seating for happy hour and coffee hours. The patio looks out over the pool and the ocean with whisping coconut palms in between.
The rooftop suite has one large bedroom with a super quality foam king size mattress, and a daybed, another daybed is available outside on the patio. The suite is air conditioned and the bathroom is huge and includes two showers, an integrated open air bathtub, and a bench along one entire wall, above the sink is a window that looks to the Pacific.
Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children in bunks.
