Pricing your Home
Any agent will tell you that pricing the property correctly is essential to a successful sale. Modern buyers have access to more information than ever, which means that they have a rough idea of how much a property should sell for. Take the guesswork out of it with relevant market data and recent comparable sales. Your listing agent will help you determine the correct price for the property, helping you avoid costly price reductions later on, or having a property on the market too long and going stale as a result.
Marketing Your Home
Once your home is ready to sell, you can start marketing it to attract serious buyers. Some general tips for marketing a property for sale include:

Choosing Offers
Once the offers start coming in, you’ll have to evaluate each one. If you’re having difficulty choosing the right offer, revisit your reasons for selling the home and choose the offer that best accommodates your motivations for selling. Your agent will also help you vet multiple offers and negotiate with buyers.
Escrow, Inspections, and Appraisals
Once you accept an offer, the buyer may need to conduct inspections or appraisals as part of the contingencies. If the buyer (and sometimes their lender) are satisfied with the findings, you’ll go under contract and into escrow, with a neutral third party (i.e. title company, financial institution) holding escrow funds and disbursing the amount later when the terms of the contract have been met. Your agent will help you avoid delays and complications during this phase of the selling process.
Closing the Deal
If the buyer is satisfied with the transaction, and all the terms of the contract have been met, you can finally close the deal. A Mexican property can typically close in 60 days, or as agreed by both parties, depending on paperwork and your own personal commitment to following a timeline for the sale. Choosing a qualified and serious buyer will help you close the sale faster.
