About Nicholas
Nicholas and his family fell hard for Riviera Nayarit in 2001 and made it their permanent home over 12 years ago. He left a career in brand marketing & design in Portland, Oregon for the tropical abundance and undeniable magic of Sayulita. Nicholas is a fervent ambassador for the area and its diverse community. He co-founded Festival Sayulita and serves as a Director for Sayulita’s Centro Creativo & Recicla, a Mexican non-profit.
With over 10 years in Property Management & Vacation Rentals within Sayulita, Nicholas knows all the details involved with successful strategies with regards to renting vacation homes in this area.
Nicholas and his family have bought and lovingly hand-crafted two properties in the area. One within Sayulita with full services, and one fully off-grid adobe casa in the jungle.
