About Andi
As Director of Client Relations at Pacifico Property, Andi helps clients tell the story of their home and connect with the right buyers across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. She leads top-of-funnel strategy, digital storytelling, and relationship development, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey. Combining strategic marketing insight with a deeply people-first approach, Andi serves as the bridge between Pacifico’s sales team and a global community of prospective buyers and sellers drawn to the Bahía de Banderas lifestyle.
Andi began her career in corporate consulting, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies including Time, Inc., AT&T, American Express, Bank of America during her tenure as a management consultant with Ernst & Young and Capgemini Consulting. Her experience in sales transformation and change management, paired with a degree in interior design from the Southern Institute of Art & Design, gives her a unique ability to blend strategy, marketing tactics, and visual storytelling to our clients and their properties.
As the founder of Platinum Coaching Group, Andi has coached thousands of real estate agents on digital marketing, lead generation, and sales training. Her programs have helped agents across North America expand their visibility, build stronger brands, and strengthen client relations.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area of California and now based in Higuera Blanca, Andi is proud to call Punta Mita her home since 2022. She is a licensed real estate agent, a nonprofit founder, mother, and certified scuba divemaster who finds inspiration in her community, the Mexican culture, and our beautiful Nayarit coastline.
